Our New Orleans style po'boys are made fresh with 6" Louisiana-sourced rolls, The Gumbo Gourmet's own house made remoulade, pickles and lettuce.
Choose from Cajun Grilled Shrimp, Chicken or Andouille Sausage po'boys. For catering events, we usually set up a self-serve, family style station complete with the rolls, proteins and all the fixin's.
Add a bag of Zapp's Chips for $2 more per person: VooDoo, Voodoo Heat, Jalapeno or Cajun Crawtator, Salt & Vinegar or Regular chips (Chefs choice)
